    I choose this picture because it shows the diversity in women. They are all different shapes, sizes, and ethnicity's. They show that there is something different about all of the women in the world. It could also compare of how the women inside of the comics that we read all look like the women towards the right side of the picture but in reality they look like the women on the left side. All of these women are beautiful and this is why this is a on going problem in the world today because they want all the women in media outlets to look one way but in reality there are many types of women in the world.  This also relates to how the women in these comics are taught that they have to look certain ways to be featured as main characters in these comics. They aren't many overweight comic characters as depicted in the picture above. This also plays into the fact that many girls have low self esteem because they think they should look certain ways but no woman looks like another everyone is different in their own way. The women in the picture above are clearly different so why cant they be depicted as different in many different media outlets just as comics? There are many unanswered questions on why people are taught that they have to look and act a certain way to be featured in the media and the change starts with us as  a society and things will not change if we do not. This is how i think this picture relates to the diversity that is discussed in class and in the text.
